Hey y'all. I haven't been on in a while. I'm actually at the MC today (Saturday (but you know that because you aren't stupid and looked at the date on top)) taking this studio class for another six hours.
I was planning on goofing around on Final Cut but I realized that you need a tape to do that... And my hard drive in locked in the storage room that's locked by this door (no duh) on the other side of the building.
I just finished editing some music clips from The Sound and they're up on Youtube. Go watch!

Taking Part
So, if I didn't mention before, I'm an intern at the Media Center this semester and also a senior (getting ready to graduate in May) at Menlo College. This past Friday, I took part in videotaping some morning footage of a conference for the Foundation for a College Education. It was an early morning shoot but I had fun doing it for the hour and a half long event. I also videotaped the Menlo College luau on Saturday so this weekend was very 'productive'. I enjoyed ALL the experience learned this weekend!

Finally Finished!!!
Yesterday I finally finished ALL of my promos and am ready to start on my next project!!! On Friday I will be helping capture footage for a project in East Palo Alto about high school students trying to get into college and the importance of it! Also, on Saturday im going to be producing the footage for the Menlo College Luau.... hope everything goes well!

Media Center Internship
Hi people I'm Lillian and I'm interning at the Media Center this semester.
I just finished editing and uploading a video about the YAC, Youth Advisory Council, which went to Stanford KZSU Radio Station. It's neat stuff, I advise you guys to check it out.
There are new photos on Facebook of the bands at The Sound!
The most recent ones aren't up yet, but I promise they ill be asap!
And.... yeah. That's pretty much it.

Finally Finished!
Today I finally finished my individual segments for the DigiQuest Summer Workshops. They weren't that hard to do as long as I did the 5 minute promo. That made it a lot easier to do the segments although I had a problem with batching the clips. All I have to do is transfer it to a DV tape. I'm looking foward to starting on something new and fun on Monday. Last week I finished my 30 Second/1 minute promo and now tht I'm done with both I feel great!!!!
